Sumi アカウントとデータの削除

Sumi のアカウントと、それにひもづくデータの削除を依頼できます。アプリを削除（アンインストール）しただけでは、アカウントとデータは消えません。
削除を依頼する方法
- Sumi に登録したメールアドレスから、support@givehopestudio.app へメールを送ってください。
- 件名は「Sumi アカウント削除依頼」としてください。
- 本文に、登録したメールアドレスと、アプリで登録した呼び名を書いてください。
依頼を受け取ってから30日以内に削除し、完了したことをメールでお知らせします。
削除されるデータ
- アカウント（メールアドレス、パスワード）
- 呼び名
- 会話の履歴（利用者の発言と話し相手の返答）
- 話し相手が覚えている記憶
- 利用状況（最後に会話した日時・話し相手など）
- 通知用の識別子
削除したデータは元に戻せません。法令で保存が義務付けられている情報を除き、残すデータはありません。
録音した音声は、もともと運営者のサーバーには保存していません。文字起こしのために送信した外部サービス（OpenAI）では、同社の方針に従い、原則30日以内に削除されます。
アカウントを残して、データの一部だけ消したい場合
会話の履歴や記憶だけを消したい場合も、同じ方法で依頼できます。件名を「Sumi データ削除依頼」とし、消したい内容（会話の履歴、記憶など）を本文に書いてください。
Account and data deletion (English)
You can request deletion of your Sumi account and its associated data. Uninstalling the app does not delete your account or data.
How to request deletion
- Send an email from the address registered in Sumi to support@givehopestudio.app.
- Use the subject "Sumi account deletion request".
- Include your registered email address and the nickname you registered in the app.
We will delete your data within 30 days and notify you by email when complete. Requests from other addresses may require identity confirmation.
Data that will be deleted
Your account (email and password), nickname, conversation history, the AI characters' memories about you, usage status, and notification tokens. Deleted data cannot be restored. No data is retained except where required by law. Voice recordings are never stored on our servers; audio sent to OpenAI for transcription is deleted per OpenAI's policy, generally within 30 days.
Deleting only part of your data
To delete only your conversation history or memories while keeping your account, email us with the subject "Sumi data deletion request" and specify what to delete.
